Interior Plant & Living Wall Technician
SAP Landscapes Ltd has created and sustained Ireland’s most prestigious landscapes for over 45 years. In addition to external landscapes, SAP Landscapes also provide and maintain interior plants and living walls.

This role will involve the use of tools and equipment and will include physical exertion (manual handling etc.) on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Adhering to Company policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health and Safety.
- Adhering to clients site rules and regulations in general and particularly in relation to Health and Safety.
- Organise and plan each day with team members in relation to resources.
- Using innovative skill to ensure a creative way of working.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and customers on site.
- Ensure all work completed is to a high standard as expected by SAP Landscapes.
Duties Include:
- Undertaking regular inspection and care of internal plants and external and internal living walls.
- Monitoring and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Duties will predominantly consist of internal plant maintenance although there will be elements. of external grounds maintenance at some properties.
- Assisting with new installations and associated management of teams on site.
- Scheduling of materials and equipment.
- Actively managing and promoting safety on site for you and your colleagues.
- Quality control / monitoring of incoming materials.
- Generating reports, including time sheets, equipment checklists, H&S reports etc.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass – Required
- Provisional / Full Driving Licence – Preferred (Provisional considered)
- Previous experience / knowledge in a similar industry and experience of interior plant maintenance.
